Best Western Grande Prairie Hotel & Suites

Great room, wonderful amenities. Staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The bed was super comfortable. I had two nights of uninterrupted sleep! Plentiful breakfast, meat/egg focused and tasty. Breakfast attendant was lovely and helpful. Central location and 5 minutes from the wedding venue I was attending. Price was right.

Hair on two of my towels, & hair stuck to the ceiling in the bathroom. Towel rack was falling off the wall above the toilet tank. Bathroom sink didn't drain quickly. Not trying to drag them, all of the maintenance issues I told the hotel about in person.

Location

Very squeaky bathroom door. Staff said they would oil it after we reported it a checkout.

Breakfast was great, nice and hot!

Room wasn¿t smelling nice and fresh, had to keep the fan on all the time.

The bed

The bathroom and carpet very dirty

It's was clean hood location reasonable price

Not really. Will stay again

Location was good, front desk staff was exceptional!

The breakfast that is included with room rate was not overwhelming.

Location, close proximity to the airport. And clean comfortable mattresses, very friendly staff.

No complaints

Loved staying here. The shower alone is worth it. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and hot breakfast was more than adequate. Delicious. Great stay. Thank you.

comfortable bed and pillows, friendly, easy parking, good location, good amenities

small bathroom

Nice staff, clean room

Had to ask for the breakfast to go instead of being offered at checkout

very clean hotel like the swimming pool

the breakfast grab bag just had snack and sugary food. they can do better,

Large pool and great breakfast included.

No hot tub.

Great staff excellent breakfast

The pool was closed and the price increased over 50 % for a additional night

Tony Romas next door. Room was quite.

Bedding was sloppy. Tub was leaking causing a soaked carpet in Hall

The room is clean. Beddings are comfortable. There is Tony Romas close by. The parking lot is big for guest. Breakfast with boiled egg, bacon, fruit, yogurt and others.

The air conditioner is kind of loud.

This is an attractive hotel, with a nice lobby and a great breakfast and breakfast area.

My room was on the top floor, with a bright light from the parking lot shining directly into my window and a very noisy heating/ventilation system making a racket and resulting in a very poor sleep. Expensive few hours of sleep. Won't be back.

I I had requested a handicap room so I would be able to shower but there wasn¿t any available

There wasn¿t a handicapped room available

Staff and sauna/pool

Quiet.clean bed amazing
