Gym, and pool

I don?t like staying at places where jr hockey teams stay. They always run up and down the hallways all night and take over the pool and hot tub. If I know hockey teams prefer a place I will usually not come back

The room was very spacious and the swimming pool, slide and hot tub were wonderful and clean.

The hotel was great. Very clean, friendly staff. Definitely would recommend.

Breakfast was terrible. We were charged $6.00 for a small coffee as well.

Size of room

No breakfast No fridge Room was beside roof hence heard a hum from heating system.

Looks nice,horrid staff. I will never even eat there. The guest room head manager 1 day will B the cause of a bad Lawsuite. I'll explain in the review I post.next complaint to the human rights commission following the bbb. Next get legal advice.

Head room manager.said he tried to reach me cuz my dogs were being loud. I never missed 1 call so it's a lie. He had someone enter my room to feed and hang out with my dog. Wont tell me who. With all my belongings and my dogs r on vet diet. Read review

The decore was gorgeous!!! Especially loved the furniture everywhere!!

The pillows, but im very picky about a comfy soft pillow lol

I have stayed here a few times and am always pleased with the experience. This time the restaurant staff was exceptionally friendly and fun. They heard it was my granddaughter's birthday so they gifted her with a piece of cake, sang Happy Birthday, and even "photo-bombed" the birthday pic (which she loved the most!) Great people who made our weekend memorable!

Good pool & play room & beds

Booked a king suite with couch was put in a room with a bike had to drag all our stuff back down to reception. We were at far end of hotel. Told it was booking that did it booking said it was hotel it was annoying to have them blame each other with no option For the person paying. Hotel reception finally fixed it after we were already late for my son’s bday party. Asked for a quiet room was put beside highway. Then an alarm went off at 6am in the room which was horrid after a rough night sleep with traffic noise. Then I was overcharged. I booked for 249 and was charged 291.20

Rented a suite, lots of space for toddler to play. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was nice.

Cleaning staff cleaned our room but threw out several travel sized items(face products) that we were using. They also threw out the bar of soap that was provided and didn't give us a replacement.It was strange that there was a card on our night table that referenced delta branded water that was of high quality but we were given plastic bottled from a case of water.The tissue paper also had 3 tissues in it and some paper towel stuffed in the bottom to make it look full.We did have 2 adults and a child listed on our booking but were only given 2 towels.

quiet, clean, breakfast was fantastic

we stayed more than one night and the complimentary water, lotion and makeup removing wipes were not replenished daily...

Super clean and quiet. The food at the restaurant was amazing. Lots of delicious options. Also loved having the option of ordering room service the night before by simply filling out a checklist. Out food arrived exactly on time in the morning.The bathroom was spacious with plenty of countertop space.The general family room was a great place for our older children to hang out and meet other tweenies.

Location

The room was a sauna and couldn't change the thermostat. It was 26 degrees celcius and my dogs were over heated. Sauna in the pool was out of order and hot tub was luke warm.

It is clean and quiet. The restaurant was pretty good

We had picked th hotel for the airport shuttle but they did not have a shuttle for the early morning flight so keep that in mind if you are booking there for that reason.
