- The pool, hot tub and exercise room were fantastic. The pool lounge area was super comfy as well. The hotel room was very comfy and great for my kids and I. The view of downtown Edmonton was fantastic too.
- Staff are friendly and very helpful
- Everything was lovely and more than I expected. The location downtown is great too. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and will be staying here again.
Cons -
- not having ice or vending machine on every floor
- Downtown was frustrating as many road closures. Not the hotels fault
- Paying $31 for parking.
