The room was clean

The carpet in the room was ripped and torn. Some aspects of the room were dated such as iPhone 4 charger, old carpet. Elevator card swipe difficult to initiate. Check in staff didn¿t explain wifi (did not work without technical assistance).

Outside looks poor, old and unkempt. Things boarded up, was actually scared to stay there when first arrived. Room temperature was an issue. Noone answered guest services phone so called housekeeping 2x's.

Staff was so nice and helped me up with my stuff. Upgraded my room for free to one with a step in shower after seeing my condition, it was really nice of them.

Covid makes all things less enjoyable but that¿s not the hotels fault. They did great with precautions tho. The coffee did tasted like wood sticks. It was kind of weird and gross. The walls are thin or my neighbouring people were just extremely loud.

Breakfast menu has changed and it is expensive. The service in the restaurant is poor. The have delivered the wrong items and forgot items. Never return to ask how your meal is until time to deliver bill.

We had noise the second night we stayed there.

I stayed there from May 16th to the 19th at this hotel. When I booked a reservation at your hotel at Booking.com, the confirmation email said my stay was $143 per night. Instead, I was charged $200. When I was complaining about it to the clerk at the desk, he said there was nothing they could do and when I asked for the manager, he said there's no manager and to either leave it or take it. When I then further on explained and showed my receipts and confirmation email, they didn't want to honor it and said, "That we don't honor the price at Booking.com." When I then asked him again that why do your hotel listed on Booking.com for this price and then don't want to honor the price listed he had no answer for it. The management plays games by advertising cheaper prices on Booking.com and charging a whole different expensive price during check-in. All they have to say despite when you show them proof of your receipts is there's nothing they can do. I suggest if you ever book this hotel be careful because they run a big scam by showing cheaper prices on Booking.com, just to attract more customers to book their hotel and charge a very different and way more than the advertised price.

Breakfast was awesome waiter was great company and we enjoyed our visits with him each morning.

Beds are hard and pillows are aweful…but we had a great time I love this hotel..I’ll sleep when I’m dead

The thermostat must of been broken because I was either dying of heat and then had to put on extra clothes in the middle of the night to stay warm. Even after teying to turn up the heat multiple times . For the price the shower bath combo was falling apart . Horrible
