Way over priced compared to a real 4 star like the Fairmont hotel, plastic covered cups. A note on nightstand from housekeeping asking for gratuity. Was not told of parking discount in pre arrival email, found out after I paid. So much more not good

The staff went above and beyond on our visit. We had a bottle of champagne in our room and we got upgraded to a suite for $200 extra

The swimming pool.

very small room for their price, was hoping there’s a bathtub in our room but its just a shower.

+15 to Roger's place was great, so nice not having to go outside to get to the venue. Rooms were spacious and clean.The bed was so comfortable except for the pillows.

The pillows were so soft and thin that you had to use both stacked on top of each other.

Felt very personable, loved that they put a a little dessert for my kids birthday

People tried ardently to fix the unfortunate mistakes that were made: right up to the final bill that charged us nearly $300 more than we should have been. Many people were sorry and worked quickly to rectify, but the bumps made it a rocky stay.

There were consistent problems-nothing ran smoothly for us and that was really unfortunate as this was my Mother’s Day gift. I had prepaid for three components to be in our room upon arrival- not one was there. While we went swimming they tried to fix it but set up a different room special offered on their website. I called down again stating exact what I had already paid for. Then it was brought up. As I said, I prepaid but I was charged for it AGAIN at checkout-only noticing after the card was ran. Another bump. At my Mother’s Day meal, additionally, everything took forever to arrive (40 minutes for our drinks!) Then food came late, and one manager said there would be compensation but he came back to tell us our food was on time (no not at all) and he rescinded said compensation! Though they covered our Valet Parking and gave us Marriott points equalling $90 the bumps still remain. A memorable Mother’s Day for the wrong reasons.

Very small room, lots of sharp corners (stubbing toes), very expensive

Love the convenience of the location with the valet parking, it is pricey to stay but the stress free of being a central location and having the paid valet parking more than makes up for the cost.

Location was excellent as we were there for the oilers hockey game.

Only thing was the bathroom door is a slider which does not close tightly. There is a space between the door and the wall which none of us liked. That was the only thing in the room that all 3 of us didn’t like

Room was small, lots of sharp edges and corners. Very expensive for what it was. And, it seems I screwed up by booking one week and then the following week, when my travel plans changed. I would have thought your system would pick this up - alas it cost me $600 for the one-night cancellation fee.
