I’m a light sleeper and the traffic noise was coming right through the walls like the window was open and kept me awake all night.

Nice hotel with kitchen as well as ;arge size room with furniture. Best Hotel in Edmonton

Accommodated a fragrance-free room (cleaning). Thank you! Staff were nice. The personal products in the bathroom were unpleasantly scented but we always bring our own. The dishwasher had a yucky funky smell. Room was moderately clean.

The main floor smelled terrible. There was an overpowering air freshener/cleaner smell that permeated into the elevators and the dining area. It was unnecessary. During the week the breakfast dining area was not cleaned and unsanitary (messy kids).

Big room with full kitchen and large fridge. Also bathroom arrangement was better than typical hotels.

The toiletries like bathing soap, shampoo etc were completely empty and while in shower it was very disturbing to find them empty.

Newer hotel

Pillows were terrible. Not enough bedding for the pull out sofa bed. were not very willing to give enough bedding for the sofa bed.

The room and breakfast met expectations.

Bad experience with staff response to leaving a jacket in the room and not noticing it until arrival at home. Staff did not look for the jacket immediately and it took 2 additional phone calls for them to respond with an answer.

Good breakfast and pretty spacious rooms.

It was generally quiet from other guests which we appreciated. Location was great for us.

heating system loud/very squeaky in the middle of the night, wake us with a start. No internet our room in the evening Breakfast items would run out quickly. COVID self cleaning room/ you need to drop off more supplies on door each day

breakfast is ok, and room and queen beds are big enough, microwave and dishwasher meet my requirements.

The bedding is too low, made of polyester, full of static; fan heater make noises when it begins to run

Hotel great. Well appointed. Kitchenette well appointed. Nice king bed. Very clean room.

We have allergies. We got a pet friendly room. There were no major issues as the room was very clean, would have preferred a no pets room. Soccer teams in hotel. Elevators had splashes of liquid on controls and floor. Were cleaned asap.

Courteous staff. You could log into your Netflix account on TV in room. Very clean environment.

Free Wi-Fi speed not so great.

The hotel rooms are great, very good layout.

There was some garbage left in the room from the previous guest.

I loved the rooms, especially the studio suite it fulfilled our needs.

There is no restaurant, but overall nothing I can say that was to dislike.
