Best Maple Inn - Drayton Valley

Was pretty easy to find....The breakfast was awesome,staff was great.....

Whenwe first entered the room was cold so we turned up the heat,notice hair strands on the wall in bathroom and walls was dirty....other than that beds was comfortable too sleep in...

The hotel is exactly what is expected at this star level and was very good value for money. Was traveling for work and it was good for that purpose. Breakfast was excellent. Would stay again.

even though I lost my debit card they still refunded my deposit when I know for a fact they went supposed to with out the same debit card used to pay the deposit .. but theyes broke a ru le and helped me out big time I really appreciated it

Good value! Comfy bed! Lots of items in the room. Nice and quiet.

Just missing some towels, but we made due. We were supposed to get free breakfast but we sat in the restaurant and no one came to help us, so we walked out. So not too sure how it was.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Quiet. Appreciated the AC as it had been a hot day. They were quite amazing to work with. They are in the middle of renos and it shows that they are making a huge attempt to modernize the premises

Awful. Avoid at all costs.

Showed up and they couldn't find my reservation, claimed I didn't request dog friendly accommodation, couldn't accommodate a room inside so wanted to put me into the outdoor suites which were higher price and appeared to be low-income short-term housing. Wanted to charge me an extra $45 per night (3 nights) for the dogs. There were homeless sketchy looking people outside. The accommodation was under renovation, and stunk like curry. Terrible. I went elsewhere.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Quiet. Appreciated the AC as it had been a hot day. Liked they had a restaurant a friend and I could have a long chat in. Front desk young man was great to chat with.

It’s quite dated, but I was told they are in the beginning stages of renos I’m understanding they might be new owners.

I couldn’t stay because they refused me a room because I couldn’t get a hold of them in time to say I had a pet. I tried numerous times to call them only the day of did they tell me they only had two pet rooms.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We had an issue with the toilet not flushing properly and it took a long time to get hot water.

Good value nice staff good food

Still renovating when we stayed we had garbage and beer cans left in our room

No heat in room it was shut off as a cost effective measure, had to turn on when we entered. Took 3 hrs to heat room. no heat in hallways. Pillows not comfortable,

We were told that we would be able to have breakfast ate 6:00 but had to make alternate arrangements when we found the restaurant closed.

Breakfast was very good and freshly cooked. Not available on last day, due to staff shortage.Room was lean and quiet.

Noisy, right on the highway. Very very dated, definitely needs upgrades. Feel like I was stuck in a shitty room because I had a small dog. Outlet didn't work where the coffee maker, microwave and fridge were located. I had to clean room before I unpack.You get what you paid for...

Great place to stay, would stay here again. Facilities are older but clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable. Really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Service was excellent.

Staff was excellent. Jovial, friendly, and attentive.Hot breakfast included in price. Tasty! Room was clean. Shower was perfectly clean. Nice and hot and lots of water flow. Very happy with this experience!
