Aspen Motor Inn

fitted my needs - very clean

no ice machine

Not going to waste my time with these little hotels anymore.

I booked an hour before I arrived at the hotel as I was tired from driving, got to the office and the door is locked, rang door bell twice and then left. Obviously not wanting the business as this was at approximately 7:45 pm. Then called the hotel later to cancel the reservation and givin grief as to WHY I was cancelling.

Beds were good

To much ice around our and scary to walk on kitchenette area very dirty and greasy

price, easy parking and location

older rooms, dated

Rick is nice guy. He is very polite and helpful.

Bed was clean and comfortable

The window in the kitchenette was broken wouldn’t close and the screen fell out, the heater didn’t work so was rather chilly

Pet friendly, clean, quiet

Office staff needed to be phoned in order to check in late (9pm)/out early (8am) (he did respond almost instantly though). The first pet friendly room offered was cigarette smelling even though we booked non-smoking, but we were eventually upgraded to a different non-smoking room at no cost.

it was clean and the staff were friendly

the place is old and things need to be fixed

handy and cheap

Only one bowl, one knife , one cup in cupboard. bedspreads had burn holes in them. Smelledweird - perhaps like old smoke. Hole in bathroomdoor.

quiet

the fact I couldn’t get my money back from a night. i left early. the walls where disgusting. the bed had burn marks in them. i smelled awful. it seemed like nothing was clean. the staff didn’t know anything when I asked a question. i always say in the check in area for Atleast a half hour before someone realized I was there. not enough dish soap. there should’ve been an extra roll of toilet paper. i very very much disliked this stay and am considering never going back again.

The hotel is clean and is pretty quiet. The AC worked well and kept us cool. It is just across from a shopping mall that has a restaurant, IGA, & Dollarama. Staff are friendly.

The advertisement for the room promised a large work desk and extra was charged for it. We stayed twice--both rooms had a small desk that I couldn't put my legs under. No hook for clothes in the bathroom.

The staff was friendly and it was a quiet area

The sheets had stains on it and holes. The bathroom had fixtures missing on the roof and spiders and bugs crawling around the room. The kitchen was outdated and the fridge not to clean.

Its not a new motel or Inn but its clean and spacious and the staff are very polite and helpful.

It wasn’t that clean

Everything

Location and staff

Overworked staff. Guy never rests

Enjoyed my stay, nice and quiet
