This Calgary hotel offers an indoor pool with a waterslide and a free daily breakfast. Super 8 Calgary/Shawnessy is only 2 blocks from the C-train station for easy access to downtown. Free WiFi is available. Super 8 Calgary/Shawnessy features cable TV in every guest room. Guest rooms are also equipped with microwaves, mini-refrigerators and coffee makers. The front desk is available 24 hours a day. Laundry facilities are located on site. The Southcentre Mall and Calgary Zoo are minutes from the Calgary Super 8. The Spruce Meadows equestrian facility and Fish Creek Recreation Center are also nearby.

- Close to okotoks
- Clean, lots of parking, reasonable rates, free breakfast and a swimming pool / hot tub. Rooms only get cleaned, towels changed every two days unless you request daily and I like the conservation effect behind this option which didn't inconvenience us.
- Location close to Eng office.
Cons -
- The hot tub was under renovations and the pool was freezing. I specifically picked it for the hot tub, pool and location. Very disappointed. Would like some form of compensation back.
