Clean...convenient, friendly.

The room was clean and met expectations

The property located next door to a cattle shed with the resulting odors. Not a problem inside the room, but what a treat for the nose when going outside! The pricing for the room was appropriate for this location.

fridge had not been defrosted for weeks!no chair for desk, but it was quickly provided.the bed and pillows were getting "tired"!

All staff in main reception area were very friendly & helpful. Housekeeping staff were also friendly & helpful. Room was clean & a good size. Also had good size closet for luggage & clothing.

Chain on exterior door of room was broken. Exterior door also did not close properly. Stairs to rooms & walkways to rooms needed to be shovelled to clear snow & ice. Salt was used but snow & ice still needed to be cleared because conditions were still very icy for guests & also for housekeeping staff. One adult in our group slipped & fell going down the stairs due to the ice.

location was great and the staff were wonderful.

-light in bathroom and by the sink flickered CONTINUOUSLY. -bed sheets were dirty upon arrival. -door to hotel room didn’t shut all the way and was VERY draft-y.

It was continently located.

Heater in room did not work and it was extremely hot - too hot to sleep. Front desk did not care when they were told about the situation.Also, there was a gap of about 1/2 inch under the door to the outside.The only electrical plug unit by the bed was barely attached to the wall and my plug would not stay in unless it was propped up!

Good location and price was fair. Liked the gift of water and popcorn

The exterior is dated but the rooms are really nicely upgraded .Spotless clean .Staff very helpful and friendly

Some sort of free breakfast would be a bonus , but I guess with their competitive pricing something’s got to give .

Room was clean and bed was very comfy. Loved the free bottle of water and packet of microwaveable popcorn !

Good value for the price. We were able to use our BBQ to cook some hamburgers outside on one of the picnic tables. The room was clean and staff friendly and helpful. There was no extra charge for our little dog.

There seemed to be a lot of noise from the other rooms…not sure if it’s because the walls are thin. It overall it was good for the price.

It was by far the best place that I’ve stayed in Canada and I’ve been driving across the country. I’ve stayed in many hotels double the price and this one was the very best.

It’s clean it’s affordable. The staff was friendly.
