Pros +
- This was the second time we stayed at the Brooks Canalta. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be back for next year's dance festival.
- 3 double beds in the family room. Very well stocked kitchenette with dishes. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. Free breaksfast was provided outside the regular hours on request. It exceeded expectations.
- The location was extremely convenient for our stay for a U5 hockey tournament we were attending in Brooks from Drumheller. Complimentary breakfast had an exceptional variety available and all hot items were very fresh. Thoroughly enjoyed this meal prior to our drive back home. The pool was lots of fun for the littles and a great way for them to release their energy. Absolutely would stay here again!
Cons -
- Needed better signage from the highway
- Needing a different elevator was confusing
- Everything was just fine. We arrived just after midnight and there was someone at the front desk to greet us and do very prompt check-in.

Needing a different elevator was confusing
We were unable to attend breakfast due to a time commitment.

Very comfortable beds, great amenities, spacious room, great linens
Breakfast was good except no fresh fruit. Only canned, sugared fruit cocktail. There should be some type of fresh fruit at breakfast. Other than that stay was great.
Good hut pool and games were closed due to renos, Booking.com did not warn us before booking.
It was lovely and clean, nice room, good location.
Breakfast was very well managed and the attendant was very friendly and efficient in cleaning off tables and making sure everything was fresh and well stocked.Nobody went hungry.

With 2 teenagers was nice with 3 beds
They were doubles, a little tight for a couple
Clean. Updated. Location. Price.
View from room was a wall of another building.
The pool was good fun, with an early enough opening that allowed for time before checkout.
The farm smell was piping into the hallways, not very controllable by the hotel itself though.
Good pool and hot tubFriendly staff
The pool and waterslide were the main attraction for the kids, but the 5 am breakfast was a game changer for traveling with a toddler. He’s an early riser and not being locked in our rooms early in the morning and able to get started on breakfast before the morning rush made a huge difference.
Nothing, everything met or exceeded expectations.
