Location is great
Very outdated and beat up room. Neighbors were partying until 1am. Fire alarm went off in the morning causing us to miss our reason for being there that day and the hotel wouldn¿t refund our next night as it made no sense to stay the next night.
The room that I got on the 6th floor stated on the site that it had a private balcony but didnt so make sure if you want one call them to confirm.

The room was spacious, we like the staff that was on night shift, she's awesome.
The hotel pool was closed during our stay. They said there was an emergency cleaning. We chose that hotel because we love the big pool but it was closed.

They said pool was closed due to covid but all the other pools in whistler were open. Then they said it was because they were doing renovations. Their pool at their sister property was open but they wouldnâ≢t allow us to use it. Room was not cleaned prop
