The Westin Resort & Spa, Whistler

Location, amenities, room size and room amenities. Also got upgraded to a 1 bedroom when I bid for a room chosen by the hotel upon arrival.

Parking was very tight and limited. Pool area was not tidy. Towel bin over flowing, dirty towels left all over the seats and floor. My room had a used soap bar and hair left in the shower. Despite that we had daily housekeeping which is rare these days.

Nice clean room with very friendly staff. Great location to not drive anywhere. Multiple stores and restaurants are in walking distance.

The bathroom is very, very small. The bathtub is built up and difficult for shorter people to get into with no hand grips. Also, there was mold in the grout of the tiles surrounding the tub/shower.

I liked the bar in the hotel as well as the bed was very comfortable!

The kitchenette did not have the proper pots, pans, and utensils etc. to prepare a simple meal.

I love everything about this hotel, but especially because it has a Peloton! The hotel is amazing, the pool and hot-tubs are great, the amenities are great, the location is great, the beds are comfortable ... can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Beautiful location, interior was lovely. Bed was amazing.

All my toiletries were empty. No shower gel, no shampoo, no soap or conditioner.The tv was crap. Nothing worked, I called for help. The tv crashes every 15 minutes and reboots to the hotel add.. I couldn¿t even watch a movie. What a joke. $40 to park ¿

I go this this hotel a couple times a year. Love the location, it's a great facility.

They charged full fees and had the facility mostly shut down. Service was poor, pool was essentially closed. It was simply a miserable experience, particularly for the price.

Great pool hot tub and gym. Awesome location.

The location of the hotel was right on. It was close to everything.

not really, but we had trouble getting through to the from desk to ask a question or two. Also due to Covid 19, we didn't get to use the facilities.

Parking was not free and very expensive. I did not like how expensive the stay was considering many amenities and features were limited or even closed because of the health protocols.

Every thing is super excellent The hotel location is perfect, the Shops and facilities are beautiful and satisfying Breakfast is super, hotel rooms are exceptionally beautiful The whole experience was perfect, no single mistake I loved the place

The rooms were very clean and the staff was doing their best during the pandemic.

The hotel staff unwisely added extra chlorine to the pool and whirlpools, rendering them almost unusable.

This is my 3rd time staying at the Westin Hotel in Whistler. The location is really good and the staff are very friendly.

I did not like the newspaper they are giving out to guests as it it contains offensive articles written by climate change deniers and industry representatives.

called down to the concierge and front desk 5 times, and it was only ever answered once, but when we went downstairs, there were 5 people standing around.

Complete Amenities, Indoor/Outdoor Pool with warm water, location being in the village.

The location of this hotel is fantastic!

There was no couch in our room. It was the two queen bed with a fireplace room and I would have thought it would have a seating area but it did not. It was difficult to find space to sit and eat with the kids.
