A flat-screen cable TV and a DVD player are provided with a seating area. Select rooms feature a balcony. Local calls are also included. Quattro Italian Restaurant offers dining options 7 days a week. Alta Bistro features a seasonal dinner menu with locally sourced products. Ski and snowboard rental is available at Whistler Pinnacle. - Location is a short 8 minute walk to town center. Parking is safe. Decent size for two adults and 2 children.
Cons -
- Poor customer service. Heater for the unit was under sized for the space and was on constantly to maintain temp making sleep difficult. Sheets were stained. Dishwasher was inoperable with sign taped to door. Carpet was damp. Pool/fitness area closed.
- Nothing. The room had a great full kitchen. I love the full-size REAL fridge/freezer. Everything you need to cook/eat/relax. Trick to fireplace is turn the wall timer slowly it ignites, maybe put a note for people. $24pkg is lowest around. Perfect Stay.
- I¿m surprised there is not a breakfast room; I think guests would patronize it, and appreciate the convenience. Real coffee cream, not Carnation powdered creamer, available in the lobby would make the Starbucks coffee in the room taste much better!
