Best ski in ski out condo #3 in Aspens

This was a disaster. Late check-in, no local person to sort out issues. Door lock was broken. 90 minutes of trying to solve with property manager via text and email was extremely frustrating. Trying to call through Priceline/Booking.com even worse ¿

See above, cont¿d: long hold times (text service did not work), operators in Manilla with bad headsets (dropped call, another wait). Gave up and got refunded immediately, hence the 5/10 versus 0.

Spacious and clean property with good view

We booked for 5 people but there was no extra BLANKET . Also, the coffee station wasn’t stocked properly.

Great location, spacious and appreciated the two bed and two bath. They even supplied some of the basic toiletries (shampoo, bath gel, lotion)

The assistance and guidance given at the Aspen reception desk and the comfortable stay with adequate facilities to prepare food and enjoy.

Location

The fan in the 2nd bathroom wouldn’t turn off and was noisy. The shower curtain in the main bathroom was dirty and needed to be replaced. But overall enjoyed the property and the location.

The room was spacious and the view of the gondola was good. There were board games, etc in the room.

Very strong smell of East Indian cooking throughout the evening and into the night. It was impossible to stay asleep through the night due to the smell. There are no hair dryers and no hair conditioner offered, have to bring your own. There was only 1 plastic cup to take to the hot tub, we ended up grabbing paper cups from downstairs. Would also suggest to have a green bin for compostable garbage and blue bin for recyclable containers.

Air con was tricky to figure out how to put and keep the hoses out the windows to cool it down. Managed eventually.

There was air-conditioning in this unit, which is really needed in July at whistler.

The furniture and decor is pretty dated, but it's functional and fine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect location and the condo had everything we needed. It was on the warm side, probably due to being on the 4th floor (the hallway leading to the condo was always warm too), but it was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids.

Condo unit was as pictured in listing and it was nicely furnished with the exception of the kitchen. See BelowLocation was excellent with convenient ski-in/ski-out access. Local bust was a short walk from complex entrance.

Unit owner response to minor issue was very disappointing. Within a few hours of arrival I noticed a burnt out light bulb in one of the living room lamps. Sent an message via Booking.com website asking if there were replacement bulbs in the unit as I was unable to find any. After 48 hours without a response I located his phone number. I also discovered 2 additional non-working bulbs. Made contact with the owner via telephone and he said that he would send a maintenance person who would arrive the next day. No one arrived. Contacted owner again and he said maintenance person would arrive around noon next day. He finally showed up around 4pm. He verified problem was burnt out bulbs but had no replacements with him. (unbelievable!) Left saying he would return which he did not. Sent owner a text asking what was going on ... no reply!Maintenance person showed up next day while I was out skiing but had only replace2 or the 3 burnt out bulbs. Also entry door now did not open and close normally. Required extra than normal force to open or close in locked position. Sent text to owner informing him of the incomplete bulb replacement and door issue saying that I could deal with it as I was leaving the next day. No response from owner. Bottom line 5 days to replace 2 out of 3 light bulbs!! REGARDING THE KITICHEN ....Found 6 mismatched wine glasses - is it too much to expect 4 or 6 matched wine glasses of decent quality.Knives in need of sharping or replacementPots & pans a mismatched collection of "strays" with some lids missing hand holds - no steamer insertNo storage containers, ziploc bags, foil or plastic wrapOn the positive side the Kitchen does have a wonderful BOSCH dishwasherI would stay in the condo complex again but would not stay in this particular unit due to Owner's lack of good communication skills and unwillingness to resolve simple issues promptly.

Great location slopeside and our unit had a nice view of trees and a portion of the slope! Beds were very comfortable and the sofa bed was ok, but not the best or worst. Pillows were large and slightly firm- I like thin and soft.Plenty of hot water for showers.Classic insulated drip coffee maker worked nice and filters available.

Even with the heat turned off the entire time and outside temps around 32F/0C, the unit stayed around 70 F/ 21 C which is a little warmer than we like especially for night time, probably from having heated units above and below us.Unit is down several long hallways from the front or ski valet. It is close to a stairwell that exits right next to the pool and hot tub and slope.

The condo was right on the ski slope-easy ski in/ski out. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We were very happy with our stay.

The parking is expensive. The gal at the front desk couldn't really help us with questions. Not sure what her job actually was.

I liked the activities restaurants in the village the shopping the gondola the ambience

Can- ski does not take cash. only credit which I do not believe should be legal

The checkin and checkout times were not good. The condiments were very little and not adequate. One sugar for coffee etc.

Easy to check in, clean and spacious.

Short overnight in Whistler after sea to sky highway

Air conditioning was awful. We had it turned to 17 and it was like a sauna

All the facilities a family could need. Kitchen was well appointed & washer/dryer got plenty of use.Location was fantastic for first time whistler visitors. Riding right from our room to the mtb trails & gondolas.Communication with condo owner was ok.

Didn't realise this was a privately owned condo until arrival when were given no help from the front desk staff or house keeping.Housekeeping needs to use the correct sheet sizes on beds in future.

Great location. Hot tub was nice and hot. We had groceries delivered with Nesters which was an awesome idea if you’re arriving late!

There is an excellent location because it's close to the Blackcomb Mountain Gondola. Also, the view can see cable cars and a ski facility! I would like to go back another time.

Its check-out time is too early. If can check-out at 12-1 pm, that would be great!
