Staff was friendly and responsive. Fixed a leaking tub spigot very quickly.

Good location but the room wasn't on the best side of the hotel for my purposes. I wasn't given an option. Several small things were broken (dishwasher, toaster, dresser drawer).

The location is incredible. It is so convenient at the foot of the lift and Whistler gondola.

There was what looked like some animal hair on the window seat. I had slight allergies while in the room. But overall it was so cozy and wonderful!

arrival was unpleasant. Its actually at a hotel a couple of min walk, but that want clear and we ended up walking in circles to find the entrance, while check in was actually in another building. facilities require renovation.

room was clean with everything we needed. Access was easy and felt secure and safe.

The location was perfect! We were happy that our room was on the opposite side of the facility from the Longhorn, which was very lively at night.

Not much room along the sides of the bed. Glad we are not bigger people.

This was our first stay at Carleton Lodge and and my entire family was very impressed with the room, particularly, the gorgeous ski slope view from the room towards the mountain. The location was very convenient to the gondola as well as the village. We will definitely return.

The location is perfectly located near the skiing area. The view was fantastic.

The location was perfect, skiing/snowboarding was right around the corner and right in the village with everything so close by.

The elevator didn't work all the time. Sometimes, we waited for a while inside the elevator before it gave a long beep and an error message before working again. Other times, it was fine.There were no pots and pans to cook with even though there was a stove.

The location was amazing. Just steps away from the gondola and the lifts with a handy locker for skis. We were so close to all the restaurants at night. And the view overlookingvthe mountain and the lifts was charming. It was just above the longhorn bar but sound really wasn’t a problem. The beds & pillows were ridiculously comfortable. We loved them! I slept so well! I also appreciated the blackout curtains in the master. Of note, Even the pullout sofa was really comfortable! We checked in at sundial hotel and their staff was really friendly. Our unit hand a convenient pass code entry. It was great having a washer and drier in the unit and the heated floor in the master was a nice touch!

We did a little cooking and I thought the kitchen had a few shortcomings. The knives were horribly dull and one had a dangerously loose handle. I wish there was a crockpot. Also would have been nice to either containers with lids or maybe plastic wrap or tin foil for left over storage. But other than that it did have the other basics. Overall the decor was a little dated and basic but for the price the location totally made up for it! We would go back in a heartbeat.

Strategic location, beautiful view, comfortable house

Very large and comfortable unit in the heart of the village, the mountain views and customer service were amazing! Great value for money.(photo of the view from our living room) :)

The stove and jacuzzi are dated but work fine. if you want peace and quiet, this is not the place, as the music playing from venues nearby can be heard until late at night. However, we will happily come back as it is great value for money.

Well situated, central , very clean with good facilities

There was a persistent mechanical noise in high was disturbing at night. We reported this to staff , it appeared to be from an adjacent flat not managed by the same company. The staff offered to move us to another flat but for one night this felt like a lot of effort. They handled the issues well and were apologetic. From the photos on the website I had inferred a pool / hot tub was available it was not and I thought this misleading

Location is fabulous. The condo was huge, very comfortable, and clean!

For a living room of that size, the TV could have been bigger. In addition, the amenities listed on the website said that there was access to streaming services, but when we asked about it, they said that was only for guests of the Sundial Hotel. This ended up being a moot point because the weather cleared up, but it was originally supposed to rain the entire day and our plan had been to hang out in the living room and watch movies. If you have your own firestick or Chromecast, I would bring it.

Absolutely unbelievable, I have no idea how we got this stay for the price we got it for, beautiful apartment with great view. Full kitchen set up so we saved money on eating out and washer and dryer so we saved future spending on laundry! Amazing!

The lift was out the day we checked in, but they gave us a free drink token each as a sorry so that made up for it!

It was old and dated. Cabinets are from the 80’s. Bedrooms are tiny 7 ‘x 7 ‘.

there was no air conditioning, the place was old. we were not aware it was a condo. was expecting a luxury hotel with amenities the building was quite old and need of updating
