Pros +
- The hot tub and sauna were a plus. We were pleasantly surprised to see a vending machine with breakfast foods.
- The room we booked that room was having AC problem it was not cooling enough and the management upgrade our stay and gave us better room where we enjoyed a lot
- Good location with fully equipped unit. Access to parking was very good enabling easy loading and unloading possessions.

- The owner of #422 has not invested in any replacements since the 80s. The bath knob was not secured (very easily detachable) but with some effort water could still be turned on and off. We couldn't operate the vending machine for milk or cereal.

Location was good on blackcomb
The hotel was super dated and felt quite grungy. The kitchen had very limited supplies . The deck had no furniture. We have stayed in whistler dozens of times and this was probably the poorest vacation rental We have stayed at.
Location wasn't bad for walking around
It was very tired, depressing furniture and colour schemes. Gave a bad energy for me. I recognize the pricing was on the lower end for Whistler however a freshen up is probably very long overdue. Definitely would not stay there again.
Smell not good in the kitchen .
