- Beautiful hotel. Check in was easy.
- The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. The shuttle service was an added bonus. The room was clean and had a lovely view of Victoria Harbour.

- As there is no room service the hotel should offer brewed coffee in lobby for paying guests . Was unaware restaurant/ lounge opened early. There should be information for guests regarding this also as there is no coffee shops or restaurants nearby.
- This hotel wasn¿t special. Staff was not friendly. We heard conversations from ppl in room near us.
