Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note guests traveling with pets will be charged an additional fee of 40$ plus tax per pet per night. We are limited to only accommodate dogs - as pets. Please note that a maximum of 2 pet(s) is allowed. Guests traveling with pets will be allocated rooms only on the designated pet friendly floor. Studio Suites with full kitchen have limited inventory and are available on request only - not guaranteed. • There is a charge of $40 per night per pet, with a maximum of 2 mid sized dogs. • Pet-friendly rooms are located on the 8th floor. • Any pet found on a non-designated floor will incur a $250 penalty for deep cleaning. • We only accept dogs. • A pet registration card must be filled out upon check-in. • Dogs should not be left alone in the room.
