- Your staff are so nice.
- Gracious staff. Staples across the street, clean, attractive, safe. Tractor healthy food restaurant, thin slice pizza, theatres, subway - really great transit system all within 4 blocks. Amazing value for central downtown Vancouver
- Room was more spacious than I had anticipated. Staff members have amazing hospitality. Hotel is in the middle of the city so I was able to walk to everything.
Cons -
- Your bedding is terrible. It doesn't fit on the beds. I woke up on the mattress everyday. Did not like that at all.
- Awkward to open the window. Potential to be noisy because you can hear people in the hall easily, but the other guests were very considerate. Occasional alley noise (industrial fan for building, garbage truck..) Bring earplugs just in case.
- The hallway was a bit stinky
