Howe Sound Inn & Brewing Company

The location of this hotel is key. Right downtown at the end of the strip. The brew pub in the same building is incredible.

We heard our neighbours a few times through the wall. The shower was absolutely terrible. No water pressure.

We had an issue with the room as we were leaving and the hotel staff were very accommodating and made up for it. It was not necessary and we appreciated very much! The food was really delicious as well and the waitresses were super accommodating.

Comfortable and quiet, close to town trails with good views of the mountains.

It is very quaint with friendly staff. The only downside is the beds were too soft.

It was a very clean, quiet and comfortable room. It will be my first choice when visiting Squamish again.

Very minor thing and I didn't ask for replacements but the pillows were too fat. Gave me some neck problems. I'm used to more flat or medium pillows.

The hotel was in a convenient location. It was small and nicely designed. The room was well designed and cozy, and I enjoyed being there.

The ironing board needed a new pad. It was awkward to iron on it. The hair dryer was awkward to use. The button used to turn on the dryer wouldn't stay down. There was no mini fridge in the room.

Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean comfy room. Reasonable rates. Free breakfast. Decent beer too! Oh, and there's a sauna.

This hotel was so comfy and we felt right at home!

The room and restaurant were just like the description and pictures, and all amenities were available (yay mini fridge!). Loved that continental breakfast and the sauna were included! Street parking made it easy to come and go, and the location is prime if you too enjoy a post-dinner stroll about town.

Had some issues with my room and the staff said they were going to contact me to discuss the concerns. Nobody ever bothered to contact me during my stay. We made the best of the situation without their help.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Their is a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good and the staff were friendly and efficient.

Good place to stay on the way to Whistler. Great view of the Chief.

Sauna broken

location of Inn in same buiding as brewery/pub/eatery and away from downtown and the highway. Wall between rooms could be better soundproofed. Could hear conversation in next room.

heat pump in room noisy. We turned it off so we could sleep. Also adjusted it from cooling to heat. Odd that it was still set for fall in December. Cold air came in where heat pump pipe goes outside. Needs to be caulked or stuffed with TP.
