Location was not very very convenient, a bit far from downtown. Also no room service was odd

This hotel is sparkling clean, a lovely fresh smell when you walk in the front doors. All the staff are smiling and pleasant, there was a staff person wiping everything with disinfectant in the lobby. The free breakfast was well organized and very good.

Thought they could have done a better job of clearing, sanding and salting. Had a fall loading the car.

we requested a late checkout,hotel rejected it. We dropped our stuffs in the hotel, then went to whistler for firework.We got back to hotel about 2.00am our little kids were still sleeping before the check out time since they slept really late.:-)

Location was great, easy to get too. Pool and waterslide were fun. We only needed a room for 1 night and this fit the bill. Free WiFi and breakfast are also sweet perks.

Too much chemicals in the pool. We had major skin irritation after even though we showered. Bed was lumpy.

No pub or restaurant. I arrived late and the service desk guy informed me all restaurants were closed. I took a quick drive back on the highway and found numerous places for eats.

Breakfast is beyond basic. Housekeeping needs better training - very unpolished behavior around guests.

Clean and modern. Great black out drapes. Hallway noise was clearly audible but the hotel was quiet during the night. Bed was VERY COMFORTABLE and the bedding.

I pre-booked 2 King Rms and checked in right after 3pm but was assigned two double queen rooms and was not forewarned. I returned to the desk and was told all the King rooms were sold out.(???)That should have been said upfront.

Price. Swimming Pool. Free Parking and Internet.

Short on staff during busy check-in and check-out time.

The breakfast could be better, low staff so one person had to man the front desk and the breakfast room.

New, clean, great breakfast included (with healthy food options)

Maid service missed our room. Front desk staff wasnt sure they would be able to get to our room after we asked whether it was going to be addressed (they did) Wifi too slow Breakfast supplies practically gone by 930 (breakfst open until 10)
