The staff were very helpful. I had to plug in a deep freeze overnight and they made a special arrangement for me to do so.

Our card keys randomly stopped working twice, once every day we were there. The water was turned off without warning for the last few hours we were there before checking out.

Staff were great, including friendly cleaning staff. My only complaint was that as I exited the elevator on the second floor there was a completely vile odour, the entire 4 days (3 nights). I only reported it to the desk when I left which is on me.

Very clean and great staff. They welcomed our geriatric little dogs like family. We look forward to coming back!

Was about what to expect in a decent roadside motel. Nothing special. The free breakfast was actually pretty good.

The gym was closed, I was told due to Covid-19. I checked the BC province regulations. No gym restrictions. I called the desk, and was informed it was because the gym was so small that people couldn¿t be kept 6 feet apart. What about just one allowed ?

Staff efficient and courteous. Had a pet and he was completely welcomed. Swimming pool is a pleasure! Warm and with a great slide that is fun for adults and kids

Pool was noisy with kids. Suggest 30 minutes at beginning and end of day for "adults only."

The beddings are clean and comfortable. Location is very ideal for us. Room’s layout is great. Grateful for the disposable utensils in the cupboard in addition to the usual daily supplies of coffee, towels and bath items.

The young lady in the reception did not inform us on how to get to our booked/reserved room which is by entering an unlabelled connecting door of more rooms. Hotel has a unique interior design. Reception was apologetic though.

Cleanliness

Pretty sure the lady at reception was high. She wasn’t with it and couldn’t find our reservation.

We were surprised and happy to be allocated to a fabulous room - a junior suite. We half expected to be put into a standard undesirable room due to booking on line and this was excellent!

It was really great for what we needed.

Check in was easy. Hotel room Itself was nice and up to date. Bed was great and slept well. It was very busy at the hotel and yet no door slamming because of the way the room doors have been installed.

1) Toilet did not flush and also used a ton of water when it did. 2) Tub did not drain while in the shower so you stood in dirt. 3) Did not have hot water in the morning 3) Hair Dryer outlet was burnt and hair dryer didn't work.

My. Wife and I were in Salmon arm for a funeral.abd were allowed to check in early.it made. Our day.thanks

The Korean tour buses need to do something about moving their guests to a seperate area while their tour guide gets the room keys. It is impossible to get around and to the elevators, and they don't appear to understand that we need to go to our rooms

Room was right next to the elevators - heard people pushing luggage racks to the elevators. Constant hum all night - could not find cause - not the frig or microwave - front desk said it was possibly the ice machine but that's all they offered.
