If i has to choose, maybe shower head too low but that's it!

Avg hotel, somewhat dated, but expected got the area.

Hotel used to provide a continental free breakfast and a discount on an ordered breakfast. Would like to have that again.

Clean & good parking also close to a couple shops & food places

Very dated. On arrival the young lady was very rude. Breakfast was not as described we paid for a continental buffet & got a yogurt, cold egg & a slice of toast. Overall very disappointed.

Good position in town / close to the ferry terminal. Comfortable beds & friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of free parking.

Decor very dated. Bar which is part of hotel was too noisy and too many sports screens so we went elsewhere for dinner. Heavy metal music at breakfast time in the dining room was obtrusive!

Clean updated rooms.

No amenities besides a restaurant and conference room. The booking said breakfast was included but the only option was a sit down restaurant that cost us an extra $70.

The bathroom door was not framed well. To close the door you had to push very hard. When you opened the door there was an alarming noise and the front panel of the door was flapping off the door.Cleaning was not great. There was a dark stain on the top of the sheets on the bad. Were the sheets changed? Looking behind the bedside table there was a LOT of dust - not cleaned in a very long time.

Good size rooms, clean, quiet. Great location. Close to the mall.

A very basic and clean hotel

Advertised as providing breakfast on booking.com. Hotel refused us breakfast saying they’d asked booking.com to remove it 4 times from the ad. Clerk said it was our problem and to take it up with booking.com. I messaged customer service 3 days ago: no responseFunny thing tho is we stayed here a month ago, also booked with booking.com, and breakfast was provided. Same rate both instances.

It’s clean and good location for hiking SCT

We asked for early bird breakfast and got charged for all Canadian breakfast. When I claimed this the server was adamant that we had requested all Canadian. I know what we had and we are the customers. Also front desk staff were a bit tense. Would have been 10/10 otherwise.

This outdated hotel left me with many disappointments. First of all, the "automatic" front door doesn't open automatically — it must be pulled open by hand, which already gave a poor first impression. I had requested an extra bed well in advance, but when I arrived after 7 p.m., it was not in the room. I had to go to the front desk and ask someone to bring it in.As for the extra bed itself — it was shaped like a "U," sagging badly in the middle, making for an extremely uncomfortable night's sleep.There was also a white panel mounted on the wall in the room, with no label or explanation of its purpose, but it emitted a strange noise throughout the night. It disrupted my sleep so badly that I finally had to unplug it.The so-called continental breakfast offered nothing warm or comforting for my 70-year-old parents visiting from China — it was completely underwhelming.Finally, when checking out, I was told that the payment I had already made via Booking.com could not be used, and I was required to submit payment again.At this point, I can’t help but feel that all of these issues weren’t just a coincidence — it was a consistently poor experience from start to finish

Very old facilities. Appliances in the room are very noisy. We have to unplug the refrigerator because it was too loud. We actually needed the fridge to keep yogurt and milk cold, but unfortunately, we have to unplug it. There was also a white panel mounted on the wall in the room, with no label or explanation of its purpose, but it emitted a strange noise throughout the night. It disrupted my sleep so badly that I finally had to unplug it.

The staff were lovely

The room has terribly noisy with building HVAC. Not the unit in our room. It was so bad both my husband and I had to wear noise cancelling headphones whenever we were in our room. The bed was saggy. Towels were worn.

Clean, convenient location, friendly check in

A lot of parking lot, hallway and room noise Friday and Saturday nights

Location and convenience are good. Rooms are dated and basic but have what you’d expect like a TV, coffee machine and mini hair dryer. We were there for the mtb trails and were able to store the bikes in our room with no qualms. TCs bar attached is nice for an evening drink and wasn’t loud or busy over the weekend.

The majority of staff are beyond rude and snap back upon any request or change from their norms. Customer service was amiss in this place and in general none of them seemed to show any happiness for working there. Any customer interaction came across like an inconvenience or annoyance… The free continental breakfast is one of the main reasons we booked here but it’s not worth it at all. Definitely one of the most disappointing breakfasts I’ve seen anywhere. Their other option is to get a $5 discount on the cooked breakfast menu but when you choose that you forfeit the coffee machine and they make you pay $4.50 for a cup from the same machine so the discount becomes irrelevant.

Everything, it was in a great area great design and layout of the building and great staff

If you could add a fountain next to the ice maker that would be lovely.
