There is absolutely nothing good about this hotel!!! I guess the best thing was that the restaurant actually closed over two years ago, so we did not have the opportunity to get food poisoning!
This hotel was so dirty and unsafe that we left an hour after checking in and did not get our money back!This says a lot since there were no hotels available on the sunshine coast so we rode our motorcycle home with 2 ferries to arrive at 12:30 am.
proximity to the ferry
arrived to check in and clerk no where to be found. Took almost 1 hour to have things resolved...turns out he was downstairs having his dinner (9pm) and again no where to be found at check out. Room heater didnt work properly either.

filthy hallway carpets; bathtub needed recaulking; restaurant closed, but probably due to COVID; quite dark lighting in hallway and lobby; no elevator

The price was shown incorrectly, $--. Was actually $--. The manager owner was rude yelling that it is American the $ is an American sign not Canada's. We felt threatened as women by him. In the morning he came out yelling again about the room key.

The best thing was, that the ferry starts right next to the hotel.
