Beds were very comfortable, room was clean, and very affordable.

Needs some updating but good value for a good nights sleep in Alberni.

No restaurant nearby. It is somewhat outdated but very comfortable and met our needs. No frills but a good deal.

The room was super clean other than the garbage not being emptied from the guest before and the super stale smell. Wish I could've opened a window but there wasn't one to open.

The properties beside looked slummy so I didn't want to open my curtains being on the ground floor. Hotel did not look anything like pictures. No amenities. Staff weren't unfriendly but definitely could have been more friendly. Room had super stale smell.

Nothing to like about this motel!

Rooms are too old, smelly and feel dirty despite what you see in the pictures. Pool and restaurant were closed. Will never go back even if they offer free!

The room was dirty, switched and the second was dirt also. Globs of toothpaste in the sink and mystery goo on the floor. No conditioner when asked. Only decaf coffee, soaker tub advertised with robes- neither were in the room. Thoroughly disappointed

Great customer service and great breakfast

Had to transfer room because tv remote control was not working and had to call again to ask someone to repair the fridge in the new room.

The bed & bedding were incredibly comfortable! They were definitely the highlight of our experience! We almost asked to purchase the sheets that's how soft they were.

I thought the room was more expensive than it should be this time of year.

Bed was horrible! We did tell front desk she told mattress was just replaced. There’s no way. My partner and I were cocooned together in the center of it because soon as you lay down you go inward. Desk told us maintenance check it they didn’t I purposely left something on the bed to se if they would check and when I came back it was in the exact same place.

The hot tub jets barely work and we had to move rooms because the beds are so soft that I believe they need to be replaced.

Front desk night staff were rude. One was on their phone with no shoes on. Very unprofessional. I wont be staying again.
