- The room was wonderful, desk staff wonderful, restaurant staff trying.

- Love the pool & hot tub! The staff are wonderful. We were warmly welcomed by the manager who offered to help with anything that comes up. hotel employee (continental breakfast organizer) was amazing - can she please get a tip jar?
Cons -
- The Ricky?s restaurant was terribly under staffed, we waited far too long to be seated and served every step of the experience - for both dinner, and breakfast in the morning. It ruined the entire stay, won?t go back.
- They're obviously doing some renovating but they have the materials and old materials spread out throughout the parking lot and in all the best. Most inconvenience spots for parking. Horrible planning.
- The bathroom could use an update (we placed our swim suits on the shower railing after rinsing and they dripped to the floor, where the floor has obviously been covered for water damage.); it would be great to have a robe or alerted to bring robes.
