No towel rack in bathroom. Walls were very thin: could hear noise from hall and other suites.
Very clean hotel.. basically brand new which was a pleasant surprise. The two negatives were the location which is near the downtown area which is full of unsavoury individuals walking around .
Location of the hotel and the hotel takes a damage deposit on your credit card but didn¿t remove the deposit until I had to call and complain that the deposit still hadn¿t been removed off my card 5 days after my stay.
The quality of the hotel was poor and behind the window of our room an excavator was working and we could not rest.

As with so many newer hotels, it felt quite soulless. Also a funny quirk with the pipes, which were making loud noises throughout our stay.
Such a great location, free EV charging, friendly staff, The Breakfast Nook restaurant in the lobby has great breakfasts and lunches.

Clean spacious room with lots to offer. Wonderful breakfast restaurant. Underground parking is a great asset in this neighbourhood. Staff was helpful.
We only booked this two hours before we arrived but it would have been nice if the heat was turned on for us especially in the winter. It was freezing cold and the electric heater took a few hours to warm up the room… it was so cold we had to lay under the blankets right away it was the only way to be comfortable.
Great location, excellent restaurant, nice helpful staff.
The heater / air conditioner unit was so loud. It cycled on and off all night and It didn’t matter what setting or temperature we set it at.

That it had a garage for my car. The location to the ferry terminal. The pillows were cozy.
Not enough towels
Clean, spacious, modern room with convenient layout. Smooth check in and out. Didn't get to experience breakfast but heard good things. Nice building. Pretty close to shops and restaurants.
