- Staff was helpful with the limited services they had
- I liked that it was located in an area that had a great view of the North Shore. But, that is all.

- everything , black mold , would not refund my money after we refused to sleep here, non smoking rooms stunk like urine, grounds were covered in cigarette butts , pool is drained not operating
- It was incredibly dirty! Cobwebs in almost all corners and thick dust on higher tops. Also, the fridge needed defrosting badly!
- The hotel is an absolute DUMP! The carpets were stained, old, smelly, and the allergens in them had me coughing all night. The building is dilapidated, the residents are sketchy. Some sketch tried to steal my reservation. Sink was leaking water.

Nice location and staff were friendly. This hotel is okay if you are looking for something cheap and are not fussy on high standards.
It seemed like the room hadn't been serviced properly. Toilet paper was not even put on the holder. Huge stain in bath tub which made it look uninviting and unhygienic.
