- Had a room
- I booked through you and the following day the hotel manager phones and tells me that there are no rooms at the advertized price and basically tells me that it is too bad for me.
- We showed up at the hotel and they did not have a room for us. Said that the booking site made an error. We had to call a dozen hotels in Kamloops before we found a room to stay in. Much more expensive.

- Rude at first
- Lobby was dark, parking lot is extremely small especially if you have a big truck. I did not get to see the rooms
- There was no water in the indoor pool that was advertised online, and the cobwebs in this empty pool were a tell tale sign that it had been some time since that pool had seen water.
