Holiday Motel & RV Resort

We didn't stay there and got a refund. Hotel was supposed to be 3 adults and 3 children and by your photo looked like cabins but it was motel rooms. We presumed when we saw 3 ads on email that you don't put children on booking for someone reason like Uk

As above. Not what we asked for. We had to ring round to find another hotel after a very long journey

Booking.com set us up with a very small and poor ventilated room. Would have done better calling the hotel directly for a better rate and better room.Not the hotels fault, but they really should not rent a room without good ventilation.

No outlet in the bathroom or near the bed.Only a very small window to open and AC and fan did not ventilate well.

It was incredibly cozy & comfy! We also loved the location. The staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate our 10th Anniversary!

The RV park is mainly people living there long-term rather than travellers.

We booked here not to camp but we needed a place to stay for a wedding When we arrived there was a family group playing games in the picnic area....this made us wish we had come to camp and spend time with our family! We were upgraded to a cabin. Bed was very nice.

Room was clean except for cobwebs which had caught small moths up high on the wall. Towels were dark, which isn't my favorite thing.

No breakfast where is short sentence do some up your stay working on the machine right now on the roof noisy construction work and could hear everything

The staff were friendly

By the time we had checked in, the room we had booked had been given to a walk in customer, so we were put into some sort of basement suite that wasn't ready for guests really, there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, the sheets had some type of stains on them, we slept on top of the sheets. Then when I checked my credit statement there were 2 charges pending for the room, when I went back to the office they said that the one from Booking.com would be cancelled out, booking.com was also cheaper than what the motel charged me. When both charges had gone through on my credit card, I notified Holiday Motel, and they told me that the charges had been refunded and that it would show up the same day, Friday March 25,2022. The refund has still not shown up on my credit card and I have emailed them twice now and have asked them to check their numbers, that was today Mar 30,2022, and I still have not heard back from them. I am very disappointed in this establishment, will not be staying there again. The price was ridiculous for the room that they gave us. $190.97, they showed a slip showing a refund, but have not received.

Enough beds for our family, and it was clean.Microwave and mini fridge were very handy too.

No coffee shop or continental breakfast option on site. Rooms had unfinished damage patches on the walls.

The fact there was a clean and comfortable leather couch in the main roomThe fact there was a bedroom at the back and it backs right up against the base of the mountain.The bed was comfortable and so were pillows. But what I loved was that I could smell just how clean the sheets wereStaff was super good, brought me a space heater.Also, I left my favourite travel throw blanket behind and they called to advise me they would keep it until I return this way in a month
