Reasonably clean, bed good.

We were next door to two women who partied loud and hard till 4am in the morning. Our only saving factor was the fan they had in the room turned on high to drown the noise!!!!!! We used Fabreeze spray to get rid of the cigarette smoke smell

Price good, location great. Staff was super friendly. I phoned and she told me where key was. One of the best road side motels I've ever stayed in. I'll never stay anywhere else in Ft. Nelson.

Comfortable warm room with adjacent kitchen. I'm not sure the door to the kitchen was supposed to be open because I only paid for a basic room! The owner was very nice. The IGA with deli counter is 500 feet away, next door.

Crew supervisors knocking on doors at 7 a.m. Quiet all night, but work crews stay there and are noisy for a few minutes in the morning when they march off to work. They were cheerful, not unpleasant, but there wasn't much sound-proofing to the walkway.

The staff came to the hotel after 12, very kind and considerate after a 15 hr day of travel.

No full kitchen as advertised on the site and front of building. Mini fridge did not even work. And not sufficient for our ice.

Updated room was clean & comfortable. Staff was great.

The bed was a bit stiff, if it had a memory foam topper I would give 10/10 for the hotel!

ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN. BATHROOM WAS DIRTY. BED WAS WORN OUT AND UN-COMFORTABLE

I left something in the room and they were so helpful and held on to it until I could go pick it up.

We had no complimentary breakfast; we provided our own. Location, cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and friendliness were great. Our only complaints are that the bedside lamps didn't work and that the a/c worked minimally until I cleaned the intake filter.

Nonworking Bedside lamps and the a/c was in serious need of servicing.

Smelled a bit funky, grungy couch, very uncomfortable squeaky bed. Weird t-shirt material bed sheets.

The room is nice and clean, the staff is friendly, the bed is extremely comfy, and the location is perfect, right in the middle of town but far enough from the main road so you don't hear any noise.

The location and room were great. The check-in lady was very nice.

There were no staff on site upon arrival. Flashing OPEN sign. We had to call twice and wait a while for someone to drive there from home? I spoke to them earlier in the day and gave them our arrival time. Just an inconvenience for 2 very weary travelers.

Convenient location on Alaska Highway. Clean and comfortable, all we needed for a night's rest.

Typical drive up road side motel. Small fridge and coffee was appreciated. Friendly staff. Easy check in and out even when no staff in office.
