Mosquitos and flies in hotel rooms. Staff was implite, did neither trust us nor readily meet our simple requests.

Location was good

The staff was very rude ,not helpful at all. I arrived just before lunch and the female at the front desk informed me that I would have to wait until 3 pm to get my room. Minutes later she checked in a guy.. 6 rooms were booked that night bad owners

The rooms were very old inside and need to be updated I travel 10 nights a month and this is the worst hotel for staff I have ever had in my life not flexible not accommodating not helpful. There are other hotels for 10 or $20 more. You're better off

We weren't happy with our first room because of upstairs neighbors and the staff moved us immediately, with no questions.

Hotel is easily accessible from highway, and is close to numerous restaurants. There were plenty of electrical outlets in my room.

The staff, especially in the restaurant and the front desk, were excellent ... caring and wonderfully helpful.

Only one thing ... the shower temperature was not consistent. when we would shower, the temperature would go from good to freezing to scalding hot without any warning.

Leaving

Did not fulfill my stay. Checked in, turned on ac, barely any cold air and it wasn¿t by any means, a hot day. Air conditioning pumping in heavy marijuana odor Left before unpacking. Staff were friendly though, so there¿s that

It looked recently renovated. Comfortable bed. Very spacious for 1 person. It even had a couch and coffee table. I will definitely stay there again next time I visit Castlegar.

The air conditioner was ceiling height and being only 5 feet tall, I could not reach to turn it on. The area surrounding the garbage bins was littered with old bathtubs and ironing boards, plus the landscaping needs some serious attention.

It was well appointed and surprisingly updated.

The water temperature control on the tub/shower was terrible. The sidewalks and parking lot were really in need of a sweeping/ cleaning.

The second room they gave us on the second floor was acceptable.

The outside area was very untidy with old bathtubs in more than one spot that had been thrown out and not taken away. The ground floor room they gave us at first smelled musty.

Totally wonderful staff - accommodating, friendly, efficient, and meticulous with Covid measures. The location was easy to find and access. The room was very clean and comfortable, and quiet. I liked that my car was parked with easy access to my room.

Staff was so nice and friendly. I accidentally booked a room with one king size bed. But we were two guys she herself asked me if I want to switch to two queen bed. That was so nice. Very cooperative. Thumbs up ¿¿

The front desk clerk was very friendly and made sure to wipe down all surfaces previous person had touched.

There seemed to be bugs crawling out of the tub drain during the night

The staff are great and very accommodating. Friendly and helpful. Without realizing, I picked an upstairs room but have a bad back and even with a full hotel, they were great in accommodating me in a downstairs room.

An extra blanket somewhere in the room would be nice.
