- The staff were extremely helpful. Had a safe place for our bikes! Have done a lot of work on the hotel!
- The owner operators are exceptional. While this is really rustic motel, it has Kootenay charm and the owners are so helpful, kind and caring. The restaurant food is AMAZING. My room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. THANK YOU.
Cons -
- for myself I have old injuries in my legs, ankles and lower back, and there is no elevator, so the 2 flights of stairs are a chore; however the exercise is good for me
- Nothing - it is a great convenient location and considering the ongoing pandemic - I was very impressed at the care and assistance provided daily. It is an older heritage place - so if you don't like that rustic aspect, maybe choose elsewhere.

They didnâ≢t have heat anywhere except my room. The continental breakfast was a stale loaf of white bread and a few condiments in a very old dirty fridge
