A damage deposit of CAD 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. We do not accept Visa debit or MasterCard debit as a credit card. Guests found smoking cannabis on property will have pay a penalty fee. Guests are required to show a government issued photo identification and their credit card upon check-in.
