- We had no hot water our entire stay. We were driving the Alaska Highway and had to change a flat tire in the rain. We couldn't take a hot shower, but wasn't told about this at check in.
- It's old and needs to be remodeled. We were told we had to pay for internet. Had to pay for breakfast after a high priced hotel stay.
- Room was dusty and bed was hard as a rock
