Not the hotel's fault, but there was a very loud and late party in what appeared to be a run down house next to the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, convenient location, excellent price

Nothing outstanding.....but good basic maintenance ..and furnishings that are appropriate for the age of the Motel...not a hotel.

Good value for the money. Room was clean, included WiFi, TV, fridge, microwave, a/c, coffee maker with coffee. I found the mattress comfortable. It is convenient to Hwy 97. Staff was pleasant and eager to help make our stay comfortable.

the people working there were very nice and went out of their way to accomodate any special requests - extra blanket, pillows. The room was clean. It is located right on the main Hwy thru town

Evidently they have alot of unwritten rules regarding pets even though they are a 'pet-friendly' hotel (ie: only dogs under 25 pounds allowed and one to a room) that are not disclosed and there is no place to comfortably walk your pooch

Its just OK and suited the reason we were staying in Vernon

I probably will stay at this motel again

Very clean, the owners are super lovely and go above and beyond. Good location to go skiing to Silver Star, still close to Vernon's centre. Comfy, warm rooms.

The owners were super nice and very sincere and accommodating. Took me to my room and explained all the workings. Good location and value for the money. Great for a quick stop in Vernon.

wifi was mediocre. I used my own phone data most of the time.Microwave was only 900 watts - 3 minutes to heat a cup of water.

We asked for a late check in and they approved it but when we got there, no one was at reception to let us in. We literally had asked for late check in and we cam before the time we had selected too yet they weren’t there. No one to let us in and i kept calling but they hung up on me twice then started ignoring my calls. Had to reach out to Booking.com so we can stay somewhere for the night or we would’ve ended up sleeping on the streets.

Barely any space for parking, terrible reception/customer service. Money hungry motel.

It was clean, warm, secure and everything worked. The lady who owns or manages it really cares about her job and seeing guests are attended too.

It was dated and could use a face lift. But was comfortable and would stay again.
