PLUG IN BATHTUB DID NOT WORK. NO STAFF ON AT NIGHT TO SOLVE PROBLEM WHEN GOT KICKED OFF PRIME VIDEO THEIT ONLY MOVIE APP - HAD TO WAIT IN THE LOBBY FOR MORE THAN 15 MINUTES. . MADE ME TROUBLE SHOOT GETTING BACK ON TO MY MOVIE on my own.

The hotel was recently renovated so it felt new , clean , and comfortable . The adjoining restaurant had great food , staff , and atmosphere .

doors rooms slam all the times day and night, doesn't make sense doors don't close quietly smoking area is below windows, with a resto bar in the same building, that make noisy environment to sleep price are very high

There was no breakfast at the restaurant. Just cold food and coffee.

More staff at the desk and an open restaurant

The beds were very comfortable, it was quiet and the attached restaurant was great.

There is no extras like pool, hot tub, hot breakfast- but the cold breakfast (cereal) was good.

absolutely no coffee made in lobby at breakfast.No one at desk to even ask them to make it. I ended up making it both days. Very basic cereal fruit yogurt which was fine.

No one at the front desk anytime you needed to speak to someone. Water flooding on floor in hall and seniors could have slidden and had a very bad fall. Coffee empty in pots both mornings. I ended up making coffee for other guests as no one around to make coffee in the lobby at breakfast time. We were booked for a workshop in Vanderhoof and we occupied many rooms for the weekend and most people had issues with rooms. The duvet covers were very stained. A couple of the rooms had issues with plugged sinks and some had dirty toilet bowls.

Like that it was right on our route. The beds and room was very comfortable. Liked being able to be on ground floor no stairs. Liked that staff gave us ice when needed.

There was no mirror in the room just in bathroom which made it hard for two women getting ready in the morning.

They allocated me one room on the first floor. After I carried my luggage up, realized that the room was not cleaned and still had trash everywhere. After complaining, they allocated me another room.

Our room was quiet. Location was good, nice and close to fast food joints and grocery store.

Upon arrival we had to wait about 10 mins to check in, while the only visible staff member had finished helping multiple customers in liquor store. Room needed a deep cleaning. The TV remote was disgustingly dirty. Also, the attached restaurant was not open.

The hallway smelled horrible every time we came in or left. The room was tiny. There was barely room to move around in it. And it was so loud! The hotel was full and you could hear conversations in the hall and other rooms all night. The room was fairly clean, but there was still garbage in the nightstand from the previous people and the bed was made very sloppily.

An attached restaurant for easy food take out.

The breakfast was disppointng. Providing a toaster would have been good.

The rooms have been renovated and are clean and the beds are excellent, we had a great sleep.

Very convenient location with the pub restaurant downstairs is nice. Staff were all great and the continental breakfast in lobby is nice bonus.

Found half a joint behind bathroom door. So that means someone was smoking in there and it was not cleaned properly

Rooms were upgraded but the rest was dated.

It was in a very convenient location and there was parking outside. The beds were clean and comfortable.

The carpets were grubby. Continental breakfast was included but it was very limited and no breakfast room. We were awaken by other guests talking and laughing at the top of their voices at 3 a.m. and then stayed awake listening to the music bass from another room which stopped as we were getting up.

Easy to find with a pub offering really good food! Beside the reception is a big cold beer and wine store with snacks available as well. Warm welcome from friendly staff. The town was just a stopover for us, but we drove the few blocks to the river where there's a beautiful park--nice after an all-day drive. A very comfortable room with everything you need and no fancy embellishments. We really liked the art, local rural photos on canvas rather than typical generic prints.

I was granted the quiet top floor room I asked floor, but it had only a high narrow window like a horizontal slit, straight out to the ventilation system on the pub roof. Not a problem for a one night stay, but it might have been claustrophobic for longer than that. Kind of an industrial feel to the building with heavy slamming doors, but this probably provides good security.
