Jet tub didn¿t work. Deadbolt on door didn¿t work. No easy way to report issues due to late hours and no room phone. I suspect the receptionist sold an upscale room saying the lower price rooms were not available.

The staff. Especially waitress in restaurant. She was exceptionall.

We really like the hotel room. It was really clean.

We had dinner at the restaurant and unfortunately we were sitting in the room with 2 groups of people. 1 group of 12 and the other 22 people. It was so loud that we couldn’t talk to each other. That was the last time for us that we will visit your auberge, unfortunately.

Lovely room, pleasant staff and nice experience.The restaurant was very nice, staff was very pleasant and the food was exceptional.

It was a small quiet separate cabin-like room. Breakfast not available.

Online it said there were 2 restaurants but there was only one. It was a very noisy hotel.

Air conditioner rattled all night . The pillows are flat and very uncomfortable

The location is beautiful! The grounds are well kept and the overall experience is relaxing and pleasant. We will be making this our stop each and every time we travel from Ontario back home to Cape Breton!

It was clean and had everything we needed for the night. Thanks to the gentleman who called to say they found a boot that dropped out of the car when we were packing.

the large jacuzzi tub and direct access to my car parked in front of my room. I also like the electric fireplace, offering a lovely ambience.

Beautiful property and perfect location

I booked a specific king room with a big spa bath and the woman at the desk switched my room to a different one and blamed booking.com for messing up but she lied to me. I booked the room sept 3,2025 and they took another booking sept 10,2025 so they switched mine.I showed her the difference that it was the hotels fault but she insisted it was booking.coms fault. I asked for some money back if I were to settle for the other room and she said there was nothing she could do because I booked online. I left feeling very frustrated but returned a few minutes later to find out she then switched someone else’s booking so she could upgrade the other persons stay if we were willing to take a smaller bed with a smaller jet tub. We finally agreed but are still not happy with what happened so I would not recommend nor will I ever stay there again. The only good thing was it was nice clean rooms and property.

Room was nicely furnished, with a very good mattress on the bed.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, as it was a Tuesday. The only dining choice was Mel's Cantine, for burgers, fries, etc. The two people running the kitchen there were very sweet, and our speaking English was no problem.

I loved the attention to every detail. Quality was seen everywhere. It was homey and comfortable. Extremely clean! I also loved the EXTRA pillows and heavier blanket. I liked that I could park anywhere on the lot. It was easy to find as well. Would totally stay here again.

Its very hard to come up with anything I did not like. But if it could be any better, I would add a comfortable chair to watch tv in instead of bed or kitchenette style table and chairs. But honestly, that is all I could think of.

Very nice property; small but comfortable room. Right next to the New Brunswick Botanical Garden. The onsite steakhouse has excellent reviews; convenient if you want to stay on the property.

A bit of a drive to other restaurants if the onsite steakhouse isn't to your taste. The onsite restaurant makes finding a parking spot difficult if you go elsewhere for dinner.
