Staff was very friendly, place was very clean, and the atmosphere was calm.

Personal preference here but I found the bed less firm then desirable.

Our friends room had air conditioner water leak. We found much better places to stay for less money. There was no restairant open even though listed and there was noroom cleaning the whole 7 days we were there; only we could change sheets/towels ourselves

Nice and clean. Not too far away from city at the same time peaceful and quiet.

I hated it I do...

We stayed 3 nights We never had the room picked up once. We ran out of toilet paper went to the front desk closed no one around. I went to the corner store to buy some, very disappointed. The heater made an insane noise. The first night kids were running around on top of us. Very uncomfortable beds.

Nice spot nice hotel little outdated but good. First hotel I ever stayed at that had an actual key ? to get in the front door and first hotel that I stayed that had code lock on the room doors!

Very good

Room cleaning is not a daily option but for the guest who stays 4 nights. We stayed 4 nights and requested for a room cleaning, but we were told that it's done only after 4 nights. If I'm paying for 4 nights, then I should get an option to choose which day I want the room to be cleaned, it shouldn't necessarily be after 4 nights but anytime within that 4 night stay

Clean and nice, quiet and lovely area, big rooms and modern, fully equipped. Outside the city but very close, large bathroom

Large, clean, and comfortable rooms.

The bathroom was large, but there was no shelf space for the toiletries. We could hear people walking in the room above us. The receptionist was very unprofessional and unhelpful.

Location and parking were good.

The elevator was more like a freight elevator than one for public use. The halls were very dark and the room was very dark. It was hard to see inside the room because of dark floors and dark walls.

Staff was friendly and sweet, the room was clean and spacious. Fridge was practical. The bed was comfortable. I would stay there again for the price and proximity to the city, just gotta figure out how to solve the noise issue.

I could hear everything from the surrounding rooms to the cars outside to the stomping and intimacy above me. I couldn’t sleep cause every time someone opened a door in the corridor, my door would wiggle and make some noise. Even with ear plugs and a background noise app on the phone. There was no trolley no haul the ton of stuff I had to carry, and very little lighting in the room. No gym. But it was definitely decent, it was very clean and bed was comfy. Staff was super sweet.

Restaurant close by! And close to down town Quebec City.

The people upstairs or whatever was above our room made alot of noise. At night it sounded like the were walking in circles with shoes on and again this morning
