This hotel is located about 20 minutes from downtown Quebec city and easy to reach via taxi and public transportation (Bus 800). It well maintained, easy check in, modest, comfortable bed and sofa. Got great sleep as it was quiet.
Good location and it was decently clean.

Cons -

It was great until check out after I was ready to leave. I asked if they could call a taxi for me and old lady at front desk gave me an attitude & bothered by my request. She said we should call not them. She hates her job & it shows. 2 stars for that.
The second bed was horrible. Ended up with neck and back pain. The main bed was Â¿okÂ¿.
