N Hôtel Québec

This hotel is located about 20 minutes from downtown Quebec city and easy to reach via taxi and public transportation (Bus 800). It well maintained, easy check in, modest, comfortable bed and sofa. Got great sleep as it was quiet.

It was great until check out after I was ready to leave. I asked if they could call a taxi for me and old lady at front desk gave me an attitude & bothered by my request. She said we should call not them. She hates her job & it shows. 2 stars for that.

Good location and it was decently clean.

The second bed was horrible. Ended up with neck and back pain. The main bed was ¿ok¿.

Your front desk day attendant was extremely polite, funny, helpful, and so patient. Just a wonderful person.

There was complimentary coffee/tea 24h. Juice only for some hours in the morning. The staff was delightful. The whole hotel was very clean. The location is great if you have a car.

The bed was uncomfortable. We didn't rest well. There was no gym.They provided a 20% discount coupon for breakfast in a nearby restaurant. We didn't use it as it was expensive. However, any travel expense in Canada is lately absurdly expensive. It doesn't help the industry.

Convenience cleanliness and price storage for bikes

Staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and check-in was easy.

Disappointing

I reserved this hotel because of the availability of EV charger. I called the hotel to reserve the charger, the agent told us that the charger would be available for us. When we arrived at the hotel, they forgot to reserve it. Very disappointed! All the receptionist was able to say, is sorry but the agent did not put it in your file. She said ‘’ je suis navré ‘’. Very dissappointed!!!!

Room was very cozy and comfortable. Bathroom was adequate size and shower was very nice. The wooden furniture is very comfortable and pleasant to look. Room was very clean and the reception area as well. Staff is fantastic even after the language difference.

Room was fine. The location was great for our needs but it's a bit off the beaten path especially for those who wish to visit Downtown/Old Quebec City. However, it's not far from Momorency Falls which is a big tourist attraction. There is a bike path that runs right behind the hotel and there is secure bicycle storage available. We have stayed at this property multiple times and we always have a good experience. The hotel also offers breakfast rebate coupons and the restaurant is just a short walk across the parking lot. Staff is friendly and helpful. Also, new for this year is the availability of two Level 2 chargers on the property. The cost is $15 for overnight charging.

Rooms are well kept and very clean however the furniture is starting to feel a bit "tired". It's fine if you're looking for an affordable and clean place to stay but there is no pool or other "premium" amenities. We liked the availability of the EV chargers on-site but felt the price a bit high for a Level 2 charger.

The room was big enough. It was clean. The beds were comfortable enough.

We could hear noises from other rooms. Not all the staff were friendly. Some would not look at us or acknowledge us when we were leaving in the morning or coming back in the evening. The bedding was not set properly in one of the bed.

Surprised on how clean it was!

I had a little of hiccup while checking in, the front desk wanted me to use my virtual visa/debit so it could be swiped for the $50 deposit (same card used while reserving the room) but it is a virtual card so impossible for that to be swiped...finally someone came through and simply said that another card could be used without a problem. Did not find that info in their policies but it kinda made my check in feel like an eternity after a 3h drive

Good price, easy parking, easy check in.

More like a 2 star Days Inn type accommodation, the price is probably too high to reflect the actual quality of this hotel.

The free drinks. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

They did not offer free breakfast and slippers.

late check in, and just stopped in staff was helpful, and available, grounds were beautiful, loved the character of the place

Comfortable bed,very clean and quiet, near restaurants you can walk to, modern decor, no complaints at all, would certainly stay again!!
