THE BEST - the bed and it?s excellent support and comfort on my bad back! 2nd Best - location, location, location! Close to everything - never needed a car. 3rd best - staff spoke English and ALL staff were accommodating and hard working

I would?ve liked to have been able to open my window a little bit! There are no temperature controls in the room, and it?s probably an American thing, but I did miss not being able to control the temperature. But I was never too hot or too cold!!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was spacious and VERY clean.

Location location location!!!!!! Best spot to everywhere you want to see! The staff was so nice. Hotel was very quiet.

The breakfast was strange. You can¿t serve yourself. Not even put your own syrup on your pancakes. When we first went in I thought it was a buffet since there was a stack of plates. I learned quick!. The gentleman behind was even told where to stand.

Great location in the old city near St. Louis gate. Nice room with a safe and fridge. Tub had a rainfall showerhead. Mine faced the park. Breakfast was also good with fruits, pancakes, boiled eggs, toast, bagels, yogurt, pastries, juices, and coffee/tea.

The hotel was at the top of a hill, so was a bit of an effort to get there.

Totally overpriced, noisy, much of the entertainment (TV etc) did not work. Blocked drain in shower. AC advertised but no AC. Very small rooms. Overcrowded breakfast room.

The bed was good (king size), hotel had lots of character and close to Restaurants and shops and sites.

The room was not very spacious, no where to sit except the bed and no table except the desk and the bathroom was minuscule! Not enough pictures of the room to make an educated decision.

Location, we had a great view of one of the gates of the wall surrounding Vieux-Qubec Quebec.

Bathroom small, old toilet with chain was held together with duct tape and had to be pulled a certain way to flush properly.

the old charm with the exposed brick, stones, hardwoods. Just beautiful. And we had a view of the Hotel Frontenac!

Temperature in the room could not be adjusted, so it was always hot. The bathroom door did not slide shut properly. There was no iron in the room and clothes have to be ironed in the first floor corridoor.

Great location - you can walk to all of the main sites in the city from here. Parking is right around the corner in an underground garage. Room had lots of character - old stone walls, fireplace, etc.

Our room was facing the street which is on a somewhat busy corner, so you could hear the traffic early in the morning.

The radio alarm clock woke me up at 3 a.m. And the next night the smoke alarm beeped as the battery was low, probably. The management very quickly took care of these matters when I told them what happened.

The room was enjoyable but I was not made aware that it was a room with no windows (just a skylight) - it was weird but I adapted. Bathtub is beyond tiny. Rest was fine. Seems somwhat expensive for what I got overall.

The hotel staff were amazing! The location of the Hotel was within walking distance of everything. The continental breakfast was more than sufficient.

Enjoyed ringing in the New Year in Quebec City at this perfect location. Loved the old-world charm and character of the building. Also appreciated the hardwood flooring in the room, exposed brick, and comfy bedding.

The hotel was immaculately kept, in an ideal location, with friendly, responsive staff. We had a couple of minor issues (e.g. security safe was locked when we arrived) and the staff responded immediately to help us.

The air conditioner was a bit noisy and we couldn't turn the fan off.

It was close to restaurants and historical sites.

I would have preferred a closer parking lot but understood that it was not possible in the area where the hotel was located.
