- Friendly staff
- The room was renovated and spacious.
- The location is superb, very central to downtown, restaurants, activities, transportation and the highway. The rooms are very clean. Free bus passes was a welcome surprise.
Cons -
- The reception was under construction and sometimes can hear noise early in the morning. The TV channels and access to these can use some improvement. The breakfast needs improvement as well
- The front lobby is difficult to load luggage because there's a step and no ramp from the sidewalk. The lobby and the breakfast are very underwhelming in contrast to the rooms. Neighbourhood looks sketchy. Shower pressure was not strong enough.
- The AC went out in our room but the night staff quickly restored it. Enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is a nice mix of an art deco main lobby and modern contemporary rooms. Comfy, quite with a pleasant staff.
The AC went out in our room but the night staff quickly restored it. Enjoyed our stay.
