Close to old Quebec 15 minutes away ! Restaurant next door ! Close to highway 40 and 973 .

Wi-fi was the best since we were traveling with kids. The customer service also was excellent as well as the free shuttle to Old Quebec is very helpful.

We liked the breakfast as this is one of the few hotels that offers breakfast. However, a couple of more options such as scrambled eggs and waffles or something else would make the breakfast excellent. Given the hotel quality, the breakfast can improve.

The size of the bed was amazing (king). A dark room is always nice when you want (and need) to sleep.

The shower debit was a little too soft...

They were always ready to resolve any questions in a helpful and polite manner.

We chose to use the restaurant with the discount coupons for breakfast and found it a great value for the cost.We liked the ability to opt out of daily cleaning by staff and really appreciated the cleaning supplies provided in the room.The citrus water at the front desk was a nice touch.Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The wall mounted soap dispensers were a bit difficult to use, especially for our elderly family member.

Why can’t some attention to soundproofing to hallway be taken? Room was otherwise very quiet but even people talking in the corridor with normal voices was disturbingGlass wall between bath and sleeping area is the new trend but really poor for light transfer to sleeping areaI want a bar of soap for my shower! I hate the squeeze bottles

The hotel is affordable, clean and room and bathroom well equipped.

Fixed windows.Keurig coffee machine, old fashioned microwave and unnecessary overpackaging of bags of tea.

Very disappointed when I was told by the receptionist that since you have booked through booking.com no breakfast included.Meanwhile my booking confirmation says breakfast included.

The room and washroom were neat, clean, and modern. The location was convenient — about a 15–20 minute drive to Old Quebec City.What I didn’t like was that the hotel did not provide complimentary drinking water, and we had to pay for it, so I recommend bringing your own. Secondly, I didn’t appreciate being asked at the morning reception desk, “Do you speak English?” — it felt inappropriate and unwelcoming.If you are booking through Booking.com, note that breakfast is not included and costs approximately $12 per person. On the plus side, the hotel also has its own N Restaurant, which is open 24/7.

The hotel and the room are clean. The room is spacious. The staff is professional and friendly, it seems like always in Canada. The location is great, to my point of view. Even though it’s in a commercial zone, it’s quiet and it’s 15 min drive from the old Quebec and 15 min drive from Montmorency falls. There’re plenty of car places and it’s free.

The breakfast is a bit too simple. No omelet nor scrambled eggs neither bacon nor sausage. Things we would expect in Canada.

Location was not convenient from downtown and the lighting in the room was dim. Didn't know how to use coffee machine

The location is a bit far from the city center, but since we drove, it wasn’t a problem. The room was very clean and quiet, and the bed was just the right firmness. The shower space was more than enough, and the pillows were big and super comfortable! Check-in at the front desk was quick. Overall, we had a great stay.

We paid extra for breakfast for three people, but it was very basic — just some dry bread, coffee, and plain boiled eggs. No fruit at all, which was disappointing. I wish the breakfast offered more variety. Also, breakfast was not included in the room rate, which I hope the hotel can improve in the future.
