Great location, beautiful hotel, nice staff and clean and comfortable. It’s about two block away from a whole street full of restaurants. The hotel bar was really nice too!

Nothing- everything was great!

Le Capitole Hotel is a beautiful property with an excellent location. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I highly recommend visiting the bar, it offers a wonderful atmosphere and a truly upscale experience. The room was amazing, comfortable, and well-appointed. Without a doubt, Le Capitole Hotel is an excellent choice.

The hotel was beautiful! Such amazing views and we were actually upgraded to a king room! the rooms are gorgeous and super spacious with tall ceilings. Tons of lounge areas and the gym/pool was really nice. The location is also great. Near a bunch of shops/restaurants and an short 10-15 minute walk to the main area of Old Quebec.

Couldn't change the temp of the room but it wasn't that big of a deal. The bathroom also lacked some basic amenities I usually spot in other hotels that are less than 5 stars, so I was a bit surprised by that (lack of toothpaste, mouthwash, shower gel and hand soap being the same soap and placed by the sink making it inconvenient to use in the shower).

I like the location and the condition of the hotel. Overall it is a very pretty hotel in a super convenient location.

Except of the fact that I mentioned I need a quiet room, they put us on the second floor at the corner of the building where is close to an alley and a relatively big street. I can hear traffic passing through at night on the street clearly and in the morning the garbage truck came to make big noise. Across the building is a site that has some moderate construction work and we can feel the dust coming in while opening the balcony doors. I asked for a higher story unit after the first day and they moved us to the fifth floor that is a lot better.

Good breakfast and dinners at ilteatro restaurant downstairs

Ground transportation from airport-shuttle service would be nice.

The hotel has a great location that makes you wander a bit further from the epicenter. The street is filled with stores and restaurants. Service, although, I've been to friendlier settings, is polite and very efficient, from check-in to check-out and any request throughout. Israel, the Concierge, was very helpful and eager to source what we needed/wanted. The rooms were spacious and lovely.

A breakfast restaurant with speedy options would be fantastic.

Lovely staff, great location. NOT worth the money. Wouldn’t recommend. Rooms weren’t that clean.

Very nice property and excellent staff!

The room is not worth the price size wise and we were located towards the back of the hotel so we could hear people rummaging through the garbage and throwing bottles into the bin at all hours of the night.

The property was really in the middle of everything. Market, ice skating, has activities on the property. Really great place, I enjoy it very very much

Its location and decor.

Most views are of the industrial parts of the city. Only one side of the building and the long hallway have views of the historical city.

This Hotel is amazing. Our room was immaculate and spacious, with floor to ceiling windows, a heated tile bathroom floor and a deck over looking historic Quebec City. The hotel has all the modern amenities to include a room safe, stocked mini fridge, and ample closet and dresser space. The location is in the middle of old Quebec City just outside the wall and walking distance to fine dining and historic landmarks. The staff was professional and courteous and most importantly bi-lingual. For all we got at this venue the cost was more than fair. We highly recommend this outstanding Hotel in the heart of Quebec City.

Absolutely nothing.

Excellent welcome from reception staff. Especially Arnaud. The room and hotel space were modern, spacious and full of light that provided stunning views of Quebec City. Room itself clean, comfortable beds and seating and excellent layout. We loved the feeling of being on top of the entire city and seeing all the way down to the mountains and beyond. The location was perfect as everything was easily walkable.

More nespresso capsules would’ve been appreciated. Some of the jacuzzi ports weren’t working on the swimming pool at time of writing.
