Pros +
- Great location. Secure.
- The area of the living room and kitchen is big.
- The apartment is wonderful — very clean, beautiful, and well maintained. Everything looks exactly as in the photos, and the space is comfortable and pleasant.
Cons -
- Checkin process requiring upload of ID and credit card was confusing - check in instructions did not arrive on time due to missing id.
- Thermostat difficult to use.
- The location was unfortunate. There was some nice restaurants and shops conveniently located but sadly the drug problem on the street was a little bit confronting when you came out the front door. It’s just opposite a soup kitchen so there’s people lining up for lunchtime food.Nevertheless, none of them tried to hassle me but it was uncomfortable

The area of the living room and kitchen is big.
We did not have a good experience for check-in. Access code was not provided by 4 pm when we reached the door. We had to make a few phone calls. There are some construction works on going and there was some noisy lasting for the whole night.

The only downsides for us were the location, which we didn’t like very much, and the lack of parking, which made the stay a bit less convenient. Also, it would have been a nice touch if some basic tea had been provided.
very good location. nice premises. services and restaurants close by.
We were a little peeved that there were no coffee filters and had to go buy a big pack to use 2. I left a pack on site so the next guest did not have the same issue
The room was impressive for how much it cost. The location was great, close to the main train station and a bus station. It's easy to walk to both the Upper and Lower Towns of Old Quebec. Despite not having a reception for the property itself, it was quite helpful that Les Lofts has a central reception nearby where you can leave things before you can check in to your room.
The noise wasn't overbearing but there is construction right outside the window (as of October 2025). Not much can be done about it, but something to be aware of for light sleepers. The complimentary toiletries could also stand to be better, nothing huge. And finally, it seems like it's just not a North America thing but bidets would be nice. Overall, nothing bad stands out. It was a lovely stay and I would consider Les Loft properties again.
The room is clean and spacious. The facilities are also nice.
The stay was unfortunately affected by very early morning construction noise right outside the building. Work started as early as 6:10 a.m. on multiple days, which made it impossible to rest after long days of travel. We were not informed in advance that there would be construction nearby. The host was polite and apologized, but only offered a discount for a future stay instead of addressing this trip. It really impacted our experience and sleep quality.
The location and the layout of the condo were great.
The walls were dirty especially in the rooms and the curtains need to be some type of blackout as too much light coming in at night and in the morning.
Nothing. It was across the street from a homeless shelter and soup kitchen. People wee Loni up for meals any time we walked to our hotel. Right outside. Some were high and tried to take our suitcases
Location and service
Great location with lots of good restaurants and away from the tourist areas. The train station is only a 10 minute walk away. There is a supermarket around the corner and a nice coffee shop. The apartment was roomy and well equipped.
The door to the apartment does not have a security bolt and felt not very secure. Also, please invest in some decent pillows. They were very lumpy.
Is well located, really nice and clean
No blackouts on the windows, the current shades let the light pass through. There is no AC in the bedrooms.
It is close enough to the old city but not in the fray of tourists - good. The bed and pillows are really nice.
One extra blanket would be nice. Sinks with flat bottoms don't drain well (they look cool but don't work well).
all was great that was in your controlThe close restaurant was great food.
Construction started early outside. The company was not responsible for this
It was a good quality/price value. Location was good although a bit far from the old Québec. But there is a grocery nearby. Never saw anyone but they were very responsive when I messaged them.
The kitchen is limited as far as pots and pans and such. Napkins or a roll of paper towel would have been nice.
Proximity with Old Quebec.Spacious and clean apartment.Metro supermarket next door.
Building under construction next to the apartment - work and noise starting at 7:30amSoupe populaire service in front of the apartment - strong concentration of homeless people in the neighborhoodVery limited cooking supplies: only salt and pepper available
This place was CLEAN. It was almost like no one had stayed there before us. We did notice a bent picture frame and a stain on one of the dining chairs, but otherwise, we would have thought we were the first ones there. Beds were comfy, shower was awesome, we had plenty of towels in the bathrooms, kitchen is stocked with dishes and cooking equipment, and we appreciated being able to drop our bags (at another location) after checkout. This area is very walkable; we walked to downtown twice while we were here with no problems! Grocery store and a bus stop are both a block away. There are tons of good restaurants on the main street in St Roch - some were Michelin rated!!
Rooms are nearly soundpoof (we could hear someone walking in the unit above us and kids in the hall outside of our door but other than that, it felt like we were the only ones in the building). Washer / dryer is on the 2nd floor and not in the unit. The front door of this building needs a code (make sure you have one before you get there, there is no staff on site and it took us a little while to get in touch with someone). Also, front door of this building opens up to a street and there is a soup kitchen across the street (so lots of homeless people are around; we didn't have any issues but we were surprised that we didn't see that in any other reviews).
Great location, very clean, had almost everything we needed, very spacious. The neighborhood is gentrifying with some unhoused folks but it felt very safe.
Lacking some basics like cooking oil and more surfaces/shelves to unpack. Chromecast is very laggy and unusable, and there seems to be volume suppression on the TV so we could barely hear our movie. If you stay in the 02 stack, know that it faces construction that starts around 7:30am on weekdays.
The property was very spacious and the location was great. Just minutes away from the main downtown.
There were constructions and due to that there was a single la e road to reach to the property and huge traffic
Very comfortable with great amenities for our group of 5.
Air conditioning needed in each bedroom
