Pros +
- This is our second time staying here. We love the updated and modern feel of the hotel. It's in a great location easily walkable to everything. The staff are quick at responding if you send a text to them.
- The location is absolutely perfect! Surrounded by many dinning options, night-life, boutiques, historic culture and beautiful views of Old Quebec City! Our room was the perfect size for a cozy couples stay. Very clean, well maintained and the cute balcony offered the perfect touch.
- The location is walkable to many popular museums and attractions including Old Quebec. The hotel is in a restaurant row, so there are lots of dining options. Two good restaurants are even attached to the hotel. Remote check-in worked well, and we corresponded with staff easily via email when we had questions or concerns. The room was clean, bright and unique -- not the typical hotel room.
Cons -
- It's loud at night because it is above a restaurant so you will hear the music later in the night.
- The few things my Husband and I felt the property fell short on was there is no room service and the loud music from the restaurants downstairs. If you are looking to dine-in you will have to either use DoorDash or UberEats or go pickup your takeout order. The other downfall was the loud club music that lasts well into the night and early morning hours. If you are hoping for a peaceful evening or to fall asleep peacefully before midnight this wouldn’t be the place to stay.
- The room was high tech with sleek amenities, such as a high-end Japanese-style toilet and a control panel to operate lights, drapes and thermostat. Those were cool, EXCEPT there were no instructions for how to operate any of them. The icons there were, were in French only. Given how many people visit from away, it would be helpful to provide multi-lingual, or at least bilingual operating instructions.

The room was spacious with areas for relaxing, dining and spreading out. Contactless check in was easy and the restaurant options downstairs were delicious.
This is a beautiful property and the room was lovely. Location was a short walk to upper area of Quebec, and perfectly positioned amongst bars and restaurants. Communication from the hotel was excellent, they regularly guide you before you check-in, during your stay and post stay. The restaurant next door is also amazing.
These weren't issues for me, but the room was up 2 flights of stairs, so be prepared if you have a heavy bag. Also, there are no staff on site, so if you want face to face interaction it isn't available.
Location and restaurant
They didn't tell me it was on the top floor and no elevator I'm a disabled vet
Great location. Very comfortable bed.
Larger quantity of toiletries needed, overdesigned or complicated “techy” lights, curtains, toilet etc. There is loud music playing late into the night from the restaurant outside. White Noise machine was helpful
Great location. Very clean and updated rooms.“Staff” not on site but exceptionally helpful and prompt with assistance by phone when needed. The two attached restaurants are superb (but do not serve breakfast).
No elevator. You have to essentially walk up 3.5 flights of stairs from street level with your bags from to get to the second level rooms.
Had all of the high tech conveniences, fully stocked barGreat bathroom Great availability of room supplies Great restaurant in the hotel, fabulous food with fantastic staff and service We also ate in nearby restaurants, which were quite good!Arranged paid parking was great
Very busy locationConstruction in the morning across the streetNo elevator, which presented some physical challenges as We were on the third floorActive local bars with DJ music into the night starting on Friday noticeably loud
Beautifully presented room, extremely comfortable bed (particularly the pillows!), fantastic location and the restaurant was incredible.
The pressure in the shower! The only letdown of our stay - far, far too weak. Particularly at the price paid per night, I would expect at least a decent rainfall showerhead (especially given the size of the shower!)
confortable
no sound on tvvery noisy hood, disco right undernot the best to sleep
This was our second summer vacation staying here. The street is easily accessible once you come off the highway. There are plenty of restaurants for dinner, afternoon drinks and snacks and BREAKFAST is available up the street.!!! Walk to the old city, plains of Abraham and the art Museum.Uber easily accessible.
No real access from the parking lot.You can go through the restaurant but that disrupts them when they're serving lunch.Lack of an elevator is a challenge during checkin and checkout but wasn't enough to take away form the modern charm of the room and it's appointment.
Modern very clean quiet for sleeping. Comfortable Great location. Restaurant right there.
Limited parking and not knowing before booking that there was no space available, with good feedback, did find a space nearby.

The room was exceptionally clean and modern. The staff were very efficient and helpful. The bed was super comfy and we slept great! The room was also in the middle of tons of restaurants and entertainment.
The only challenge was getting our bags in and out as there was no elevators, but even so, was definitely doable.
I didn’t know breakfast was included.?
We chose second floor, but actually was a third floor with so many stairs ?No explanation about that?any question has to be done on lineNo information on the prices for the drinks in the roomso we didn’t consume anything

Close enough, but just far enough to not be right in the crowds of old Quebec City. The place was spotless. And while there is no staff on sight, they were instant in their replies via messages.
This specific room is truly only good if you’re a couple as the shower and bathroom are open concept. I wouldn’t suggest this for travelers that are friends or family.
The room was spacious, clean and modern. The hotel doesn’t have a front desk crew, but they sent check in instructions before we arrived that were very easy to follow. It was about a 15 minute was to old Quebec City & was located very close to a bunch of restaurants.
The only complaint is that it was a bit noisy at night- the room was right above two restaurants that play music until late. The hotel does provide a white noise machine & the room was fairly well sound proofed, could only hear the outside when it was really loud music and we were really quiet.
Very modern finishes in the room and bath
No elevator and third floor rooms
