- I was looking for a hotel experience and this was a condo experience, i.e. no staff available on site at all times, no one makes the bed, and I was asked to put towels in the washing machine before I left. This is not what I was expecting for $---/night.
- Our children were charged a fee of $40 a night per child even though it didn't say children would get charged online. Parking lot extremely difficult to find. And we got charged 3 times. So we had to call credit card company to get refunds.

No real reception desk is odd. It is isolated from tourist center. However restaurants and shopping is near.
