First night,only 2 facial tissues left in the box, and no spare box. Had to go ask at the front desk. On the second day, the maid didn't restock the supplies for the coffee machine. Another trip to the front desk. Surprising for a prestige suite.

Relatively new hotel.

This hotel is over rated. In reality it is a 2.5 or 3 star hotel not more.-No Bar,No restaurent, no spa inside. just a bit higher than a Comfort.

Friendly, English speaking staff. Held our luggage until check in. Called a cab for us next day.

Location was not downtown, but there was a large shopping mall across the street with a good food court. I would have liked a coffee machine in our room.

Have stayed many times at this hotel, and in one of their Executive lofts. The room wasn't what I was expected. No kitchenette. The coffee machine, mini fridge, and microwave were in a shelving unit; impractical and out of place. Lack of kitchenware.

located only 15 min. from the old Quebec city. shopping center very near and many restaurants

we stay there at second time. odor in our room was poor, they changed for a new room but smell was the same as the previous one. smell butter or pop corn maybe rug or air condition?

It is in a good location.

The ceiling of my room was falling apart. Everywhere. Looked half fast + painted. The furniture in the room was beat up. The desk/computer chair/lamp wasn’t adequate for me to use. It is currently the end of semester at university so i did my best but will never go back. And i will never try that chain’s anywhere else. I don’t recommend it. And it’s not like it was cheap and you get what you paid for… weird. I will go back to my other favourite spot with crappier parking/location but comfortable is a must at that price range.

Excellent, we enjoyed our stay. Near to Mega Parc, good value of money: price to service ratio.

Rooms on the second floor have no lighting… dusty in bathroom, carpet looks dirty, window was leaking water from condensation … breakfast available was minimal, just bread /bagels

The beds and the shower. But they need to pay attention to details and the organization of tue rooms.

The breakfast wasn’t good It’s not worth it for the price. Poor and no options.

This was our first stay at the Grand Times Hotel, and our impressions were only positive.First of all, we would like to highlight the reception staff: the girls working on the evening of December 29 were absolutely lovely ? They were kind, welcoming, and made us feel truly comfortable. Please keep up the great work! The room was spacious, stylish, and very clean. The TV is not a smart TV, but we enjoyed watching a basketball game, which was actually a great experience.The room amenities (toiletries, coffee, and water) were standard and perfectly fine.

Breakfast options were quite limited. It consisted mainly only of various types of bread, cereals, and fruits. We were a bit surprised, as we usually choose hotels with breakfast included and expected a wider selection. There were no hot options such as eggs, porridge, or sausages...

Cleanliness of the room could be better.

Super cool decor, comfy beds, nice modern bathroom, quiet, fast elevators. Great staff!

No phone charging ports in room. Lighting not conducive to makeup application, dressing, no trash liner in one of the trash cans, only one ea of coffee regular and decaf. Fruit at breakfast was poor quality.
